Before IPPMS, key workflows for police officers were scattered across offline files, disconnected systems and outdated processes. Everything from accessing HR records to raising grievances or managing crime data was handled through inefficient and time consuming channels.
IPPMS brings all of these functions together into one easy to use platform. Police personnel can now access their profiles, raise grievances, manage their service records, purchase canteen items and track crime reports all from a single mobile friendly application. By centralizing these processes, we’ve made life simpler for officers while ensuring security, transparency and ease of use.

We began by mapping the entire workflow of police officers, including HR, welfare and operational needs. By consolidating these touchpoints into one cohesive structure we designed an integrated experience that feels seamless yet serves different purposes.
Each module, including eHRMS, eCanteen and LIMS, was carefully crafted around real world use cases to ensure they aligned with the needs of police personnel. Role based access was implemented to ensure that sensitive data is available only to authorized individuals.
We prioritized convenience by designing simple, clear workflows that allow officers to complete everyday tasks with minimal friction. Quick status updates, easy ordering and streamlined communication make this platform an invaluable daily tool for law enforcement.

IPPMS has successfully replaced fragmented workflows with one dependable platform. By bringing HR, welfare and operational tools together, it enables the West Bengal Police Directorate to streamline processes, improve coordination and simplify everyday tasks for officers on the ground.
This integrated approach has empowered the police force with a tool they can rely on, helping them stay focused on their primary mission serving the community.
